Order Cancellation
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at marketing@heandbee.com or reach us via WhatsApp/Call at 7483 099 379 (Available from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM), and let us know the reason for the cancellation.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, if you decide not to accept the delivery, you can simply refuse the parcel. After the return is received, we will process a refund, deducting ₹125 for shipping and ₹125 for return charges from the total order amount.
- If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date at marketing@heandbee.com or WhatsApp/Call at 7483 099 379. Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
